First session

In the first session a detailed recorded is taken based on your medical and family history, medication, eating habits, food preferences, and aversions, as well as lifestyle and exercise.

It is necessary to present the latest biochemical-haematological tests. With all the above, will be made an assessment of your nutritional status. Gather as much information as possible about your lifestyle in order to create an overall option of your state of health.

Then, we will agree together and set goals which will be reviewed in each following session.

Follow up sessions

The sessions will take place per week, we will discuss the progress of the last week and we will set the goals of the next one, which the weekly nutritional plan will be built. Also, body measurements are performed.


After the completion and achievement, the goals, there is the possibility of conducting temporary sessions (every 2 months, semester, year) to assess the situation and reinforcing consultative assessments.

The aim of these sessions will be further encouraging dietary choices and behaviour that are acquired during and after the program.

By the end of the consultation period, you will be able to:

  • Witness noticeable improvements in your body, your energy levels, and the way you think and feel without being deprived.
  • Re-think and re-approach your lifestyle, correcting the causes of food overconsumption and as such achieving the maintenance of a healthy weight.
  • Achieve long-term results and permanent losses of excessive weight through small improvements in your daily dietary habits that we agree upon collectively.
